Victoria Surkova was born in Moscow in 1993. She currently lives in Uganda. She has a bachelor’s degree in social and cultural service from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

She graduated from Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia with a diploma in contemporary photography and visual culture. Victoria explores a relationship between nature and human through photography.

Using her camera she also tries to capture human relations. Her worldview is expressed by color creating mood and vibes of her photos. The work of Wolfgang Tillmans, Wassily Kandinsky, Henri Matisse, Federico Fellini and Paul Thomas Anderson is an inspiration to her. Victoria is also passionate about illustration and graphic design.
