In the photo series called “Soul of Nature” I explore the impact of African wild nature on urban life in Uganda. People get used that the metropolis usually eats up the surroundings with its large stone teeth, but Africa is a different story. It is difficult to know where the jungle ends and the city begins.

The tropics subtly absorb the whole city and write their own script, where people, without knowing it, become actors, while all the streets and buildings change into decorations enveloped in dense trees and plants.

You can vividly feel here how powerful and uncontrollable nature is.
Its soul has turned into an endless vital green mosaic.
